Use this area to give us any other feedback:  It is with difficulty that I answer the above questions, as my daughter has been supported by Spotlight for such a very short time. Also, these are not normal times because of all the restrictions during the pandemic. Ten weeks and another move in those weeks, makes it even more difficult. They say that comparisons are odious' but that is the way I will go. Spotlight are 100% better than the Providers she had for the last three years in every aspect of your eight questions. I am very grateful for the concern shown on some of her challenging and unsafe behaviours and the ways they were dealt with. Question 4. We haven't had time for a Review of her needs and options are very limited just now. I look forward to the future and for our relationship working together.
